An insight into the manufacturing process…

Made in the UK, each casting is heat-treated for many hours to relieve brittleness and transform the iron’s carbon structure for improved toughness and workability. After careful fettling and assembly, a corrosion-inhibiting treatment is applied. Finally, a two-stage, oven-cured paint system seals the surface before final build, inspection, and packaging for dispatch.
