An insight into the manufacturing process…

After casting, the iron is carefully heat-treated over many hours to relieve brittleness and transform the carbon matrix, creating a tougher, more workable material. Each piece is then de-burred, precision-assembled, and sealed with an anti-corrosion treatment. A two-stage, oven-cured paint system follows to lock in long-lasting protection and colour. Final assembly, quality checks, and packaging are completed in the UK before dispatch.
