    An insight into the manufacturing process…

    After casting, each piece undergoes an extended anneal—around 80 hours—then cools slowly to transform the carbon structure, turning the iron from brittle to workably tough. Edges are fettled, components matched, and a rust-inhibiting treatment applied. A two-stage, oven-baked paint system follows for adhesion and durability. Finally, items are assembled, quality-checked, and carefully packed for dispatch from our UK facility.
