An insight into the manufacturing process…

Fresh castings are initially hard and brittle, so we subject them to an extended 80‑hour annealing cycle, then cool them slowly to refocus the carbon matrix and create a tougher, workable iron. Edges are dressed, components are precision-assembled, and an anti-corrosion base treatment is applied. A two‑coat, oven‑cured paint system completes the finish before final assembly, inspection, and packaging for despatch from our UK facility.
