An insight into the manufacturing process…
After casting, components undergo an extended heat cycle to relieve brittleness and refine the carbon matrix, creating a tougher, more workable iron. Once cooled gradually, each piece is fettled to remove flash, precision-assembled and sealed with a rust-inhibiting treatment. A baked, two‑coat paint system is then applied for lasting durability, before final assembly, quality checks and careful UK packaging for prompt despatch.
